There was a posting on Facebook when this patch was added to the Test server and later the forums made a mention of it. The patch was not categorized by any patch number, so we (the WikIkariam Administrators) are calling this version Patch 0.4.2.3, because it was added too far, in dates, after Patch 0.4.2.2 to be called an update to that patch.
