  1. Workshop bonuses for military land and sea units have been increased by a factor of 5

  12. The tax rate on the Black Market cannot be lower than 1%
  13. The minimum training time for units in the Barracks, Shipyard and Hideout is 1 second per unit and 10 seconds per training order
  14. The effect of the Sea Chart Archive is limited to a 90% travel time reduction

  1. It was not possible to withdraw Freighters from a transport mission unless one Merchant Ship was available
  2. After choosing to buy the maximum number of units at the Trading Post, this value was not updated automatically when changing the number of ships selected for the mission
