- Cumulative with Paper's 2% (+.02).
- Cumulative with Ink's 4% (+.04).
- Cumulative with Mechanical Pen's 8% (+.08).
- For a minimal increase of 16% (+.16).
- Each scientist will now produce a minimum of 1.16
per hour, instead of the normal 1 per hour.
