Technocracy vs Democracy[]
When looking only at research points per hour, can anyone confirm that once you get 221 culture treaties, that Democracy is better than Technocracy ?

- I have not done the math directly to see, but overall I personally like Democracy over Technocracy because of the gold
cost associated with Techno not to mention I get +75 more happiness in each and every town with Demo, thus less gold spent and less wine 
used. But I am not building up any troops (+5% increase in build time) or war ships either.
